2013 saw the return of Discovery’s beloved son, Bear Grylls. After a long break and a bit of controversy he needed to come back with a bang.

In his brand new series: Escape From Hell’, the world renowned adventurer and survival expert reveals the true life stories of ordinary people trapped in extraordinary situations. Our campaign covered a multitude of media channels. We created a striking poster that went across digital and standard billboard formats, plus various press executions.

On-line we created an interactive map in which fans could explore the regions covered in the show. They could also get access to behind the scenes footage and stories of the real life survivors.
To launch the campaign we hosted a PR and media event at London’s iconic Battersea Power station. But this was no ordinary media event, disaster struck and it went up in flames. Watch video below.
